Swim-Platform Order Process
Our custom swim platforms are built to order. To ensure the perfect fit and finish, please follow the process outlined below.
Step 1 — Request a Quote
Submit our Quote Request Form.
You will receive a response within 4-5 business days with details and instructions to proceed.
Step 2 — Deposit & Template Kit
A $400 deposit will be requested based on your order details.
After the deposit is received, we will send a template kit to the address provided in your quote request.

Step 3 — Return Template Kit
Follow the included instructions to complete your template kit and return it to Swim-Platform. Return postage is not included in the template kit.
Once we receive the completed kit, your order will enter construction.
Step 4 — Final Payment & Shipping
When your custom platform is complete, the remaining balance will be due including the final shipping estimate.
After final payment, your order will be carefully crated and shipped directly to you.
