Swim-Platform Shipping Policy
*PLEASE NOTE: This shipping policy only applies to our swim-platform products (swim-platforms and accessories specific to swim-platforms)

Shipping
Our custom swim platforms are shipped worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and will be communicated before fulfillment.
-Shipping charges include both transportation and custom crating of your swim platform.
-Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees that may apply to international orders.
-Any damages incurred during shipping must be addressed directly between the customer and the carrier through an insurance claim.
Warranty
-Swim platforms are custom-made to order.
-The warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
-Once accessories (such as ladders, mounts, or hardware) are installed, their care and upkeep become the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Because each swim platform is custom-built, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective upon arrival. Return address to be provided as needed.
